Ham and Cheese Empanada
Make the dough using:
2 cups
all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/3 cup
white sugar
1
egg yolk
1/2 cup
water
2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour for dusting
2 tablespoons
melted butter for brushing
The Filling... Ham
Cheese
Fill the formed dough about a tablespoon each of ham and
cheese.
Lock the edges
Deep fry in oil.. or bake until cooked.
Serve.... Happy eating!!!
